to “broker up” job seekers, starting with temporary assignments and forming bridges to livable wage
jobs. Customers use their services to screen potential hires and to fill entry-level positions, reporting

The Center for Social Policy and Public/Private Ventures of Philadelphia released in-depth reports on the Alternative Staffing Demonstration, a three-year research project to assess the value of the alternative staffing model.
