Nashville Works builds on the successful experiences of Chattanooga Endeavors, extending the organization’s alternative staffing model to prison. With more jobs available to former offenders, those coming home from prison will experience fewer delays in discharge, spend less time out of work, suffer fewer violations and return to prison less often.
